Some lovely sketch’s folks nice to see a variety. A page from my sketch pad , I have been neglecting my sketching just lately, must get back into the habit again.
Saw this on an evening walk along the town’s coastal road last night. Another nautical contribution, a neighbour’s lovely display with a difference! Unipin pen with ínstense pencils and water brush
Nice to see the rural sketching mine is in Widnes (pie town) rotring art pen and inktens travel palette.
Some happy sketches…wow Widnes has changed Bari. Nice bit of nautical “stuff” Gillian it makes an interesting sketch.  I seem to spend  my life avoiding traccys Dixie. But nicely drawn.
Nice sketches Gill and Barry. Those tractors can be a pest in small lanes , I have to dodge a few nearly ever time I go out Sylvia.  Bit lazy and haven’t done any dedicated sketches  so I’m posting the rough sketch for a painting in working on. It’s set in Leeds in the mid 1950s , I used to go on this number tram with my grandad. This is a winter evening home time scene.
Smashing sketches everyone. I've been trying to keep occupied and I came across a tutorial of Geisha. Then I looked at some traditional old photographs and I was fascinated at the elaborate hair styles and beautiful dress code and make up. I thought, maybe I might like to try and paint one some time and you have to start somewhere. So I'll be spending some time trying to sketch them before I attempt a painting.
Both your sketches are excellent Denise, even more so when you feeling unwell . Get better soon and take care  of yourself.
This has just reappeared .  It’s from one of my themed sketch books . Sitting in a cafe .I
Well after setting up spare bedroom as a studio I have, at long last , actually sat in it and done some sketching!  Wanting to start using charcoal more. Never taught how to use it but only way to get to grips with it is to have a go!
great sketching people , great to see you sketching again Gillian. Here is mine , cannoing on the river.
Some great sketching recently everyone. Mine is a fun one of me and a friend away at adult pony camp earlier in the year, on the edge of Thetford Forest.
