Thank you Gary, you should not let others stop you from posting. Please post your tulips it will be good to see them and even better that you join us. I a bit worried when I first posted but  you soon got use  to it and your work gets better with the practice. Today from me sorry another truck sketch.
Thank Tessa, like how you have done your sketch,  I’m missing not been up in the woodland. I’m  just starting on a watercolour of Upper Slaughter, looking across the stream up the hill with a cottage on the left and grass bare with a large tree on the left. I’m share you know where I mean. When I was planning it, I thought Tessa will know this better get it right.
I think I do Dixie. I’ll look out for that. I remember sitting on a bench there looking down on the river and bridge, and doing a sketch. I’ll have to look and see if I can find it. Very pretty place.
OK, here's my attempt at a watercolour sketch of a couple of tulips followed by a sketch of Shaun the sheep, especially for my grandson.
There’s nothing wrong with them Gary, I’m particularly taken with Shaun, nice colours of the tulips.
Todays 10min sketch done from a photo which I have set as this weeks challenge for our Art Group. Now I shall do a watercolour of it.
Mine is from a quick sketch of a stile this morning, done again at home with pen and B pencil. If it looks wonky it’s because it is! They barrier is made of stone reinforced with wood.
Very nice sketches Michael and Tessa. My offering for today is influenced by the garden, the buddleia is not out yet but added it for colour.
Sorry not been around for a few days been busy at the allotment. Had my brief from my sketch club today to draw something to do with eggs being Easter and all. So here's what I did.
Nice breakfast Christopher, I’ll have toast with mine please. Sorting out all my painting today, hope to be able to use the shed with more elbow room. I came across this little watercolour done several years ago when staying near Lindhurst in the Forest of Dean. Posted for Alan B , our artistic posty delivers the mail and some fine artwork as well.
Thanks Dixie, Also nice little Victorian postbox, also a nice topical picture of flower pots and dibber. Christopher Love a dippy egg ( that's a childhood name for boiled Egg) and soldiers in my house. Tessa another lovely sketch from your walks. Mine today is another exercise from leisure painter
