At the top is the banner informing me how many days have passed since the Free Trial has expired. Is this a permanent feature on the page? There seems no way to alter or remove it.

Hi Skylar I know that I had this for a very long time after my free trial, and yes it becomes irritating! Strangely it now seems to have disappeared so maybe just a matter of time? You can contact Dawn on the POL admin team, or hopefully she will see this. I believe she doesn’t work on a Monday, so perhaps tomorrow.

For future reference, Dawn now works Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9am - 5pm.

I still get that banner and it’s now on day 1006.  I hadn’t actually noticed that it was still there until I saw Skylar’s comment.

I’ve got it too. It’s probably a permanent fixture because if you click on….’view our great deals to continue’….it gives prices etc. It’s a way of advertising. Also when I log in and click on either gallery of forum, a pop up advert appears.

I think the pop up advert appears for everyone Ellen it’s how the site gets  it’s revenue. I think it’s small price to pay having to click on the cross to remove it , as we  have free access and storage etc .
