Val Byrne who I introduced a year ago along with is son who I will add later in the day .
I like those cranky buildings. Ronald Searle...
I think that I also introduced Edward Wesson - a traditional artist who painted in both watercolour and oils. I purchased this little oil painting a few years ago at auction, and is part of my ever-growing personal collection… Beached Hastings Trawlers

So glad you posted Mary Jean Ruhnke, Jenny.  That's a name I meant to make a note of...I'd never remember it.  She uses inks and textured acrylics.  (Yes...I have made a note).
Two artist both appeared in week 63 , Gordon Beningfield who I introduced  and Andrew Haslen , presented by Jenny . Beningfield.  Haslen
Maggie Vandewalle - one I had been trying to find, love this!
Yep…reminder to self… stick this thread on my POL wall.  Such a great variety of art.

Those last two are just wonderful!  I have a saved folder of ‘artists I like’ from these threads, but stupidly I didn’t add names!  Will try to find some, but I’m really enjoying seeing everyone else’s choices.
Two more from me - Shelly Perkins and Nathan Fowkes.  I’ve now saved this thread on my Studio Wall - took ages to go back through previous weeks to find them! Shelly Perkins Nathan Fowkes
I’m so pleased that I decided to do this thread , revisiting these artist has been a treat I had forgotten how good the artwork is . If you all think it’s worth it I will add one to the list ever three months or so .  Three talented artists from me today a family of artist , Alwyn , June and Donna Crawshaw, I do like each one though they are different in the style and approach most of the time . Alwyn  June  Donna
I’ve found this thread interesting, so much so that I’ve been contributing to it on many occasions. Alwyn’s tall majestic trees have always inspired me… and his depiction of Shire horses ploughing the fields must be a trademark signature of his, superb!
