Well done, Robert, I thought you’d comment on the reflection!  I chose that one because I liked the subject and her use of colour, and I think it’s a generally more appealing style than a lot of her other work, despite the inaccurate reflection.

Next weeks featuring artist are : Daumier and Ronald Lampith .
This is why you should never suggest a long list of potential subjects to Dixie, because he'll suddenly say "oh by the way, it's you for the nominated artist this week: no pressure you've got two days...": so I'm down for Daumier.  Well, I'll do me best, Mr Dean sir, You 'orrible little man, yew!
You had better Mr Jones or your for the high jump or is that drop nevertheless you will be in the dog house for months .
Paul, just a correction - Ronald Lampitt.  (I don’t mind doing mine first if Robert wants a couple more days to prepare.)
Thanks Jenny I will correct it for Sunday.
So what's the order then?  I'm quite happy to wait a few days to present M. Daumier - and he'd be pretty well indifferent either way....
I will let ladies go first , Jenny if you would kindly introduce Ronald Lampitt this evening when I open the thread . Mr Jones you can relax and have the extra G&T with your cigar this evening.
Yes, that’s fine.
Yes, that’s fine.
Goody - M. Daumier would approve.
A bit late, but I just thought I would mention how much I love Andrew Barrowman’s work.  He is localish to me, so appears in Westcountry Artists groups.  He appeared on Landscape Artist of the year and was voted out quite quickly as many good artists do.  He produced one of his marvellous charcoal drawings, but it didn’t Wash with the judges.
