Me? Paul, I wouldn't recognize Andrew Brakman if you hit me in the chops with him! When did I say I'd cover him?
Hang on.... I say, lad, hang on - you mean Andrew BARROWMAN, don't you? Don't confuse me like this, I'm not as young as I was.... I'm easily led astray (I always was, but for different reasons once upon a time). OK, give me until tomorrow morning, I've had too much gin and tonic this evening - though you never know, I might manage an earlier posting: my powers of recovery are pretty good: I'll have a crack at it after dinner.

OK - not very well right now, I've had a bit of a reaction to my dinner: well, more a reaction to the cigar and drink that went with it.... Anyway: Andrew Barrowman is a former postman, very much a contemporary artist, living in Cornwall and painting landscapes en plein air, some of which he works up in the studio. He has a website, and can readily be found via Google. Which is where I'm going to find some of his paintings: he has demonstrations on YouTube, and a Patreon page, he has a dog named Basil, who accompanies him on his painting expeditions, and you'll enjoy his painting videos, as I do. I'm not at my best and brightest this evening, but - I'll do my best to find and post some of his paintings - with a warning not to eat, drink, and smoke too much if you're getting on in years - a warning to me rather than to Andrew.... I'll say one thing though: he says on many of his videos "good fun!" - and that's an important secret for any painting - if it's not fun, there's really no point in painting!

There you are: many more paintings to be found online, which anyone can find as well as I can, so do take a good look: his YouTube videos are very informative, he takes you all the way with him even unto sharing his palette, which not all artists, by any means, do. Apologies for being under the cosh of over indulgence - be warned by my bad example, and inspired by his excellent one!
