Trying a new venture

I can't believe it will be September tomorrow, the summer seems to have gone in a flash this year. What is worse is that I have totally failed to do any painting in the past few months, I just don't seem to have had the time. I have however, found a new site to sell prints and cards of my paintings and photographs. Years ago I tried a site and after two years had only managed to sell five cards, I had not made enough money to reach their lower limit of when they transfered money to your paypal account, not very impressive. Recently, I found a much more promising site so I'm trying again. The site is Redbubble (http://www.redbubble.com) and is run from offices in Australia and the San Francisco area of America. Whilst I'm not looking to make a fortune, it would be nice to get a bit of a return on my work, even if it only helps buy more paint! Anyway, I thought I would share this with you. If anyone out there has had any experience of this site, or others, either as a seller or a buyer, I would like to hear from you. In this modern internet world I really do feel we, as artists, ought to be able to take advantage of modern technology. I will let you all know how I get on. Just a short entry this time, I hope to have more to say shortly. Happy painting.
