Day One: Visited a local carpet shop and managed to get hold of some large cardboard tubes. I have cut some lengths for the arms and legs and sketched out how it is all going to go together (with luck). Spent the rest of the day cutting out cardboard circles (thanks to my cardboard hoard) which will be glued together to form blocks. I am going to use the blocks to stabilise the cut tubes and also to fix the pieces together. Hopefully it will all work out, wish me luck everyone! 🙏
