I don't know if anyone has noticed, but the alphabetical list of bloggers which is the list on the left of the lastest blog post list (a lot of lists, but hopefully you will get the idea!) - has disappeared. There is now only a very short list of about 20 blogggers. I did email Dawn to ask if it was just a problem on my computer, but she has told me that apparently the full list was failing to load properly (although always did on my computer) so the technical chaps have reduced the list of bloggers to a random 20 at any time. This is fine but the problem is that most people's blogs have disappeared and can't be accessed unless they are in the list with the latest posts. The other problem is that many of the random list of 20 appear to be obsolete blogs, some not used since 2009 or 2010 - so not a lot of use. This has severely limited the blog area I feel as now the only relevant list is the one with latest posts (about 5 or 6 blogs at most) and once a blog post moves off that list it disappears never to be found again. Apparently, the whole blog area is to be re-vamped when the site is revised, which is good news. However, in the meantime if you have an active blog, then it might be best to keep adding new posts to keep it in the latest post lists as, unless it is lucky enough to appear in the rolling random list of 20 or so blogs, it won't be able to be found by anyone. Let's hope they hurry up with the re-vamp!
