On entering my 43rd year I felt that I was entitled to have a mid life crisis, after all I've worked constantly since the age of 15, have a wonderful husband who tolerates most things I present him with, no children but do have a cat who thinks he's a dog. I've always "dabbled" with crafty stuff but never had the courage to take myself seriously until July 07 when I signed me and him up for a local art club. Since then, I've discovered that whilst my drawing skills are nowhere near strong enough, I do have a good eye for colour and I love watercolours. Here in Suffolk there is inspiration by the trailer load so as soon as the force 9 gale dies down I shall be off across the fields and streams to put my new found ability to, hopefully, good use.
