Seems, and is an age since I posted a blog, have almost forgotten how to. do it . Have been sketching and scribbling away on Kefalonia. From little greek cats to crumblig buildings , the blue, blue sea and the dark mysterious olive groves. Just a joy to sit in the hot and "be" Oh and not to forget the Feta and the Ouzo. back to earth with a very large bump , rain, a knee op , washing, ironing... Still lots of memories in my sketch book. Getting ready for Helfa Gelf. (Art trail in Welsh) Four of us are having open studio every weekend in September You can look on line just google Helfa Gelf 2011. Most of north wales seems to be joining in. We are studio 71. If you come and visit do let us know. I am going to have a childrens corner with brushes / paint and paper...also I thought I would put out some lovely glitter for the kids to have a go with. I am also going to make some of the stuff we did as kids like cut out dolls , paper doilies and other thrilling stuff.WE also include cake and tea/coffee/juice. What more do you want all for the princly sum of NOTHING>
