I am quite gobsmacked that no one else has yet posted a "Snow" photograph. Here is one of mine, actually its not this year twas a couple of years ago. Though I have some super photosfrom last night when the snow came down in torrents. This is a contorted hazel covered in the white stuff. It looks like a diseased and horrid plant in the summer time but really comes into its own in the winter. I once came home to find my fella who is hortuculturally dislexic and his know it all friend beginning to chop it down in the mistaken knowledge that it had a dreadful bug...........you could hear my admonishments on the top of Snowdon. Well we are back to a white world and I have been doing my feeding rounds , dog food for foxes and badgers, carrots for ponies, nuts and seeds for inquisitive squirrells and our precious birds...Please if everyone did a little to feed our wild life so many would make it through the winter....and they give so much pleasure.
