The past week has been taken up with painting our dining room walls. Quite a big challenge as they were claret red ( I'm blaming Laurence LLewellyn Bowen for this !) and they are now back to Magnolia (Boring, I hear you say :)). Some walls took six coats of paint to get rid of the red tinge, oh! how I hate painting walls. I know that this is not quite the type of painting that you want to read about, but all I can say to all you mural artists out there, is that you all must have the patience of saints, and if I was wearing a hat, I would take it off to you all. :{
