Me and my trusty sketchbook have taken ourselves to the south of France for the week. I am still mulling all the information from my recent Charles Reid course and shall try and remember what I have been taught as I attemptto record some of the local scenes. The only fly in the ointment is that I am not alone! I have four grandchildren in tow so time for sketching may be limited, but I will try. So if I miss anyone's postings on the gallery this week, then I am sorry and I may have to do some serious catching up when I get home. If it is any consolation to those back in Blighty, the south of France is unseasonably cold at the moment, so although nice and sunny, temperatures are well below average. And there was I hoping to come home with a healthy tan...!
