EXTREMELY BUSY BUT A FEW WORDS ARE FORTHCOMING SO, HERE WE GO. ~ Led a Painting day at Durban House last Friday and on Saturday set up a painting area at our Church Garden Party. A good time was had by all. The outdoor painting sessions with the Patchings school went well and the last session was yesterday at Newark. I reckon I sat in the spot where Turner stood to paint the castle. I did it myself some time ago and will put it on my Gallery for you to see. This time I looked more at the bridge which carries the road over the river. Arches fascinate me, don't like tunnels or caves though, Working up to the Arts Festival Exhibition which we hang on Monday 13th. it opens to the public on Tuesday 14th. and a friend is to demonstrate a watercolour landscape on Wednesday 15th. at 1.30pm. The event finishes on Saturday 18th. then Himself is due to whisk me away to the Yorkshire Moors to retreat from the madding crowd. Need to get back to work now....
