Ok, I realise that the sun might not be out everywhere in the country and apologise if not everyone feels excited, but it'll be there soon, you'll see. As a result of all this extra light, here in the subs department we've all got a spring in our step, and the little tree I can see from the window has new leaves on - how fabulous! Away from the office now... at the weekend I had a little trip to the coast, and picked up some very interesting pieces of driftwood (NOT, I hasten to add, wood that's come from sunken cargo ships). They're not very big (just as well, as neither is my house) so I won't be building coffee tables just yet, but they'll be interesting to look at for a while. Who knows, I might bring them into work and put them on the windowsill... watch this space.
