Hi I'm jeannie - an artist from norfolk. I love painting and experimenting with art. From starting in 2002 with watercolours I've worked through and had fun with soft pastels, oil pastels, acrylics, encaustic wax - thats great fun... and recently oils. apart from the watercolour lessons I started with mostly I'm self taught though have had a couple of one day courses in wax and acrylics. I'm a book reviewer for searchpress so get lots of lovely art books to learn from I'll have a go at painting anything just for the challenge and to stretch myself. I sell a few - but I'd rather paint than market so its a good job its not my main income or we'd starve. I also run an arts forum - you'l find it off my art website www.jeanniezelos.com . Its free - i just like to chat to other artists and feel we need to help and supprt each other, especially when there are so many scammers out to try to part us from our hard earned funds. Well, I'm off now to my wed am art group - just some freinds who enjoy paiting so we hire the village hall and get together. I'll try and remeber to update my blog but ...memory...and ageing :)
