Went to peruse my exhibition yesterday in Ruthin Library, to check on the health of the flowers, and hurray, hurray two more paintings sold .Hopefully I should have a much lighter car by the time I bring them home. I also have added to the amount of raffle money for my donated painting, this is for a charity very close to my heart, to help vulnerable children in Zambia. So all in all it is going not too badly. The begining of December seed the launching of the new Christmas float for Ruthin Rotary, lots of hard work by different people, my contribution was the painting of the reindeer, they took up residence in the garage for a few weeks. Also been informed by Leisure painter that my Grand daughter and I have won a prize each in the "family portrait " competition. She is just so delighted...me , just gob smacked!. They are publishing the pictures early next year so you can all see for your selves. Though this is a preview of Lennys portrait of me. I dont usually wear so much lippy.
