Hi all, wanted to let you have more info on the Encaustic pictures. They are produced using coloured wax, an Encaustic iron and Encaustic paper. Really fun to produce, to let your colour and imagination just take over. You can do a composed picture with this but I prefer to let my imagination take over and just produce what it wants at that time. They are quite quick to do and can take a lot of paper up, especially with me :) Some days you just need to produce something without thinking too much and Encaustic allows me to do just that. Hope you enjoy the results.
