I agree entirely we don't want praise for the sake of it equally we don't want extreme critical comments either .Especially if they are not constructed in an informed way.Many people are put off drawing/painting because of these comments .Personally I wouldn't criticise anyones painting because let's be honest our art is evolving all the time we have many failures before success it's a long emotional rollercoaster ride David Harrison
