I have been framing for a few fellow artists and friends for the past twenty years. Earlier in my painting (Hobby) period I was exhibiting on a very regular basis up too 25 paintings a time. I found at that time I was spending a small fortune on having my paintings framed. Then I decided to purchase some expensive framing equipment , Morso Guillotine cutter, also an underpinner , plus glass and mountcutter. This has proved to be a big saver after recouping my outlay hence the extra framing clients. This week I have already had 9 new framing jobs in , plus Two embroidery pieces to lace and frame ( not happy doing the Lacing that involves stringing the backs of the embroidery to tighten = time consuming) coffee time Neil
