At last completed my first cat portrait in oil pastel. I never thought I would see the day when I was able to use oil pastels in such a way. Will have to persuade friends and family to dig out their pet photos so I can have another go. I was reading some of the tips on the website about portrait painting perspecives so am keen to have a go at that too. So glad it is Friday, it seems the end of a very tough week. We are playing who can blink first. With the mortgage due on Monday its a case of is he going to pay his half or am I going to panic and forgo our week's food shopping to make his half of the payment. Who can hold out the longest before midnight on Sunday!!
