I spent last Saturday in my new studio space painting a sample piece for my workshop in a few weeks time in Fleet Hampshire. It was the first time painting in my new space and I felt very at home. I can't wait for the better weather when I can open the patio doors and have natural light flooding in as well as fresh air. When I am in the studio I can see over the fence and have a lovely view of horses and fields. There is also a cafe next door .....what more could a girl want. The painting with this blog is the finished painting. Simply done so all abilities have a chance of creating something they can hang on the wall. Well hope to upload more work in a week or three. The next thing is a painting for my son and girlfriend who have just moved into a new flat and need a painting for their empty walls. This will be a bigger painting and as yet not sure what they want. Something abstract with rich colours is all I know right now. Back soon, C.
