How to heal the emotions of a bad day with Art ? Sometimes we are in a good mood to paint something new and creative but when our day starts badly with other personal and professional reasons, we just give up. Its been said by my teacher when I was in school that one needs to be happy and focused while painting. If we are distracted with other emotions we can't make a good painting. But for me it always proves healing. Emotionally drowning towards negativity give us limitations and we should free ourselves from negativity. There is a game which I play always with myself when I am not at all in a mood to express my art. I take 2 to 3 shades of colour and a pen or charcoal stick which gives me limitation in terms of resources. I draw with a medium of charcoal stick and then start painting using these colours and making as many shades as I can. It gives me a new pallette. Till I involve myself completely in blending colours, I forget everything and it heals everything. Limitation in colours and creating new shades out of it shows that I am a creative person and makes me confident. We have highs & lows everyday because we are human beings. One needs to be strong enough to sustain and find positivity and happiness in life. Being an artist one should never allow ourselves to get stucked in negativity even in the worst situations which gives us limits, we can use our limitations and make our life more happier than ever before and art could be the medium.  If we practice this whenever we have bad times due to small things in our day to day lives, we can make the biggest difference to ourselves. We can't change situations but we can change ourselves and be happy. Use limited resources.. Stay Creative.. Express yourself... Stay Blessed..
