Sometimes due to situations our priorities change and which keeps us away from art. Especially for those ones who belong from different profession. Hobbies have always given last priority. Even If I take my example, this is not my profession, it increases my internet usage and expenses.I have taken in hand after 3 years just as a spare time activity. I never had fear of failure but yes I faced failure so many times in my life because I had a fear that this will not be worth the career and will not make me earn which is essential for survival. Artists never fail through art or never give up art because they dont have courage, they give up as there are lot many things needed for survival.

I spent 40 years not painting because of fear of failure. What a waste. And there are many artists on Paintersonline who have done the same.
