Hi Patricia I'm a new member too my name is also Patricia known as Patsy born in Belfast NI moved to UK at 16 now living in West Australia.So welcome,I havn't painted for 21 years and it's lovely to take it up again I have changed to acrylics and they took a bit of getting used to but I have managed to turn out 2 hangable paintings snaffled by daughter and husband was quite proud when they wanted them, because I am using acrylics instruction books I don't want to post any as I don't think they were my origional ideas I am hoping and hinting for a digital camera for xmas then hopefully I can turn out some originals.I am also interested in chinese brush painting and hope to find a course after xmas hope to talk to you soon

Please keep adding to your blog her it is easier and more personal than the forum...Perhaps regard it a across between an information board - a diary - a contact board - a newsletter...perhaps. Try posing a question or two as well, perhaps? Must dash I'm off to Atilla the Hen (aka the practice nurse) to make a blood donation as The Witch Dr (which ever one it was) got a bit enthusiastic about the current state of my body...
