Winter Trees

I think this is really lovely especially the colours in the sky.

I like this one, I try to encourage my students to draw with the brush and they get a little disappointed with early attempts but it improves with practice. Thanks for you kind comment on my 'Delphiniums' It took about 15 minutes from start to finish. I find that I have to be totally relaxed & alone when doing something like it.

Think it's much better drawing with a brush, it gives a much looser result.

HI Beryl well I'm so glad that I found your work I have had a lovely stroll through your gallery...I couldn't comment on all of the paintings because it's late over here in West Australia and well past my bed time but I shall be back...just love the snow scene...believe it or not I miss the snow
