If you are inspired by animals and birds you will never be short of a new subject to paint. The challenge is how to breathe energy and life into your paintings so that the animals leap off the page.

In this class you will learn how to exaggerate the oddness of the giraffe by choosing a different angle, and different colour to paint it in. You will use salt to add interesting marks into this simple composition.

During this webinar, you will learn...

  • Colour mixing
  • Use of salt to encourage interesting marks
  • Working wet in wet and wet on dry
  • Allowing colours to mix on the paper surface
