Winners of our Paint in the Style of Van Gogh Competition Announced

The five winning paintings in the paint in the style of van Gogh competition have been announced.

Back in September, to celebrate the launch of the film Loving Vincent, we launched a painting competition inviting you to paint in the style of Van Gogh for the chance to win some fabulous prizes from Royal Talens.

The competition attracted some fantastic entries, all of which can be seen by clicking here. (Please note that you need to be logged in to PaintersOnline for this link to work).

After much deliberation, the judges have selected Cafe on Portland Street, Manchester, (see below) by Justin Twigg as the winning entry, with Vincent Painting Among the Olive Groves by Alan Bickley as the runner-up and Luminous Lemons by Fiona Phipps, The Lights of Oban by Sarah Stanley and Trees and Undergrowth at Calke Abbey by Stephen Baker in joint third place.
