The Creative Coverage Open Exhibition from April 29 to May 5 at Kennaway House, Coburg Road features a number of prominent British artists and makers. These include Penny Timmis, Lynda Kettle and Andrew Matheson, who are all elected members of the Royal Birmingham Society of Artists (RBSA).

Penny Timmis is well known for her animal paintings while former RBSA vice president Lynda Kettle produces landscapes and Andrew Matheson makes a variety of porcelain and stoneware.

Paintings by Colin Merrin, an elected member of the Royal Watercolour Society will be accompanied by still lifes from award winning Devon artist Robert Mountjoy, an elected member of the South West Academy together with sculptures by Nicola Axe from Newton Abbott.

Carol Burns, Art and Interiors Editor of Devon Life, will officially open the event at 11am on Saturday, April 30 where there will also be an opportunity to meet some of the exhibitors.

All works will be for sale and Creative Coverage will make a donation to Simon Says, it’s nominated charity.
