Patchings Art Centre has re-opened some of it's doors post lockdown, almost exactly 32 years after the initial opening back in 1988.

For the next few months the opening times will be different and, following the guidelines and instructions for a diverse centre such as Patchings means a varied approach to re-opening. However common features on social distancing, numbers together, hygiene and masks apply to all areas of the centre. A one-way system is now in operation, there is a new exit from the café and a screened section in reception. They have their very own van Gogh to greet you and make sure you know where to go.

Opening times are currently 10.am until 4.pm. Wednesday to Sunday. 

There is both indoor and outdoor table service for the café. Reservations can be made by phone (0115 965 3479) with parties restricted to six in number.

The shop is well stocked with art materials and the popular range of greetings and special occasion cards are also available. Items from the Crew Yard Gift Shop have been added for that special gift.

The framing centre is currently closed to the public, with a plan to re-open in September by appointment only .
