Bamford is holding a competition to find an Artist in Residence for the Daylesford Estate

FROM LAND TO CRAFT: A COLLECTION INSPIRED BY THE DAYLESFORD ESTATE We are conducting a search for an artist in residence for the Daylesford Estate. The winning entrant will receive a six-week residency during which time they will create six pieces of work which will be exhibited at Daylesford Farm. Applicants are invited to submit a biography and their ideas that follow this theme. These can be from work in any medium – portraits, landscapes, still life, photography, sculpture, ceramics or textiles. We are not however, looking for a musician. The panel of judges will include Bamford and Daylesford founder, Carole Bamford, The New Craftsmen’s Natalie Melton; Natalia Miyar Interior architect and designer, a representative from the Craft Council, and Tamsin Blanchard from The Telegraph. The deadline is the 15th May 2017. For further information, please see: http://bamford.co.uk/events/land-craft-collection-inspired-daylesford-estate/
