Thankyou all for your kind comments . I painted this quite a while back and it now lives in Canada with two of my best friends. I always feel it is one of my best.

Small oil painting of a mother and daughter with their small pig , from the Goroka area of Papua New Guinea in the early 1970s.I lived and worked in PNG from 1969 until early 1975.

David Bleakley

I'm an 81 year old retired surgeon . Art has been my lifelong obsession away from work and now my main focus in life together with woodwork. I enjoy creating and making in any medium but have always gravitated to drawing and watercolour. I've also had limited training in etching and sculpture.
