12x16 inch plein air graphite and conte pencil sketch. The heritage Bakery still turns out a great range from its old wood fired oven and attracts large numbers of tourists from Japan because of an uncanny resemblance to the one in the famous anime film " KIKI'S DELIVERY SERVICE".

I'm an 81 year old retired surgeon . Art has been my lifelong obsession away from work and now my main focus in life together with woodwork. I enjoy creating and making in any medium but have always gravitated to drawing and watercolour. I've also had limited training in etching and sculpture.
