I like the colour and texture of this

Good thick oil paint! Though the part of the painting I like best is actually where you've used the thinnest paint, i.e. the beach area - those little touches of subdued but vital colour complement the more thickly painted areas very well; a sweep of one colour wouldn't have worked well, but the way you've broken up the underlying area of tone with strokes of orange and blue is just right.
