You're brave painting in this extreme cold but what a lovely result.

It’s a beautiful painting, and achieved in awful conditions, you had to be a bit mad to swim in such conditions but their choice. Hope you treated yourself to a nice hot cup of something after braving the artic conditions, one painting with a good story behind it to share in the future.

You’re so brave Rachel. It was certainly with all your efforts as you have produced a painting capturing the rawness and wild elements of winter. I think people who swim in extreme conditions are not being kind to their health and it’s a very dangerous game to play.

Another chance to paint by the sea, and the first painting of the 2026.(Sorry to post another seascape ) bitterly cold morning, finished painting moments before quite a snow storm. It must have been -2 and these Swimmers went in🥶🥶 I don’t know how they do it….
