Thank you very much Carole, Jane, Val and Petra for your lovely comments. Jane, I must say I have surprised myself with the way that I've managed to master this as I am not at all technically minded! It is not difficult once you have worked out all the possibilities and I am sure there are many more. It suits the graphic style of art that I like to do and the solid bright colours I like to work in.

Thank you Seok, I'm going to some local gardens sketching with my art group today so will be giving en plein air a go. I will take my paper sketchbook and pencils as well!
