I could always guarantee receiving new crayons at Christmas when I was young and I was reluctant to use them at first. Such a shame to spoil the perfection of colour and wrappings by using them! Lol I still get a twinge of guilt today when I have to use new, shiny art materials. You painting gives me that feeling......treasure!

It’s hard to imagine living in a world without colour. Colour is such an intrinsic part of who we are and how we interpret what is happening around us. I think as kids we all had our favourite colour and where best to begin exploring that wonderful spectrum than with a package of crayons.
