Reminds me of that saying......”there are worse crimes than burning books and one of them is not reading them”. Same goes for boats, a crime not to have them in the water and being used. Love your palette, it sets the scene and mood Wib.

I love boats – perhaps a carry over for having had the amazing opportunity of being raised beside a lake. It’s always sad to see a boat that’s been abandoned for whatever reason. I would much prefer to see it receive the rites of a decent ending whether at sea or ashore.
