Thanks all for the comments. Although just a sketch, I took the idea from a cover illustration from the very first " Five " book, "Five on a Treasure Island". Like many others, Enid Blyton's stories were part of my growing up years.

Same as me Jim. Read every Blyton book in the library and then discovered Bulldog Drummond. Whatever happened to him? Great memories.

Ha, I think he went the way of all our schoolboy heroes Fred. Bulldog Drummond, Biggles, Dick Barton, Alan Watermain, Beau Geste and all the rest. ( Don't forget the comics heroes, Morgyn the Mighty, Wilson and Alf Tupper. Happy memories though...(-:
