Thank you Sandra. The whole thing is based on vague image rather then reality, ie detailed. I'd get little satisfaction from copying photographic images exactly. This is just pure imagination, although I could hear the monks chant in my head. .

You do very good paintings from imagination Jim, with a distinctive style. Monks get a bad rap in some novels, quite spooky!
