Beautiful painting Jim.

I like this, Jim. It's one of those poems you think you know, but in fact only know the first line...so I had a look at your link and read it. These tales of far off places are fabulous.

Thanks Sandra and Lew. I love Milton Hayes's explanation of his writing; he just gives the readers a few ideas with no real description and leaves the rest to their imaginations...It works a treat for me. I just used the "green eyes" and broken hearted woman realising what she has inadvertantly caused, as a subject for the sketch.

Just a really superb piece of work and so expresses the poem!

Very nice work and I enjoyed reading the words of the poem again.
