Good one Jim

I really love this work. Beautiful style. And yes, like you said, I'm not well about killing animals or use them to play and having fun, hurting them. I was born in Lisbon – Portugal and Bull Fighting, what we call “Touradas” are a typical attraction. A cruel tradition full of harmony, colour, sound and where the job and dance of horses is really beautiful. They call it Art, too. They say “A Arte do Toureio”, but no, technique, courage, skill, ability, etc. yes, but no art. Art have you done with what you see there! Amazing work. If you go to Portugal or Spain, you'll sell this works very, very easily.

Thanks Heather, Lord Santos and Spencer for your comments. Yes, Lord Santos, I've been to Spain many times and attended a couple of corridas. As you say, an exciting and colourful spectacle, but with age comes wisdom and I'll stick to painting now. A quick little tale of the bull's revenge: I went to a corrida in Fuengirola on a mad hot day and all the seats in in la Sombra were filled. After te show I tried to stand up to leave and couldn't move. The sun had melted the resin in the seats and "glued" me firmly in place. I had to tear my trousers to get free (much to my wife's delight, who hates bullfighting) and stand up in the taxi back to the hotel. Toro 1, me 0. (-:

Just having Lazy Sunday fun after the maestro and using up paint from the last attempt. Ten minutes, Acrylic. p.s. I'm no longer a fan of killing animals for sport, even though fighting bulls have a better three years than your Sunday lunch. (-:
