A good film. (Nearly as old as us, I remember going to see it at the Picture 'Palace' long long ago. It WAS a palace as I remember, lots of marble floors, some thick carpets and a huge screen. Nice memories...the last time I saw that cinema it was a delapidated bingo hall.) Ideas often come from watching TV.

Thanks Heather and Lew. My dad was a big fan of John Wayne and Victor McLaglen (who was actually born in London although he often played an Irishman) His favourite film ever was The Quiet Man (which I still have the D.V.D of).
