Stanhope Forbes isn't it, Jim? One of the Newlyn painters, they produced gorgeous paintings of the Cornish fisherfolk. Lovely drawing.

Might have been.Can't honestly remember Lew. I think it was a woman at the turn of the century. Tried to find it via Google without success. It just appealed at the time.
