Nice one, Jim. I really like the viewpoint, great use of the portrait format. (Snow here this morning...yuk.)

So many emotions and mental images come to me while looking at this one Jim. As usual, it’s full of life and activity. It really does look cold and almost historical too.

Jim , I "knew" where I was before I read the caption - knew where I was standing Black Bull to the right ? At least that is what this painting conveyed to me Like it. (and the cooling effect - we have just gone through an official heatwave)

So much to look at in this lovely painting Jim.
