Today.... by Jim Morris

You've caught the cold feel well Jim. Snowing here now but the sun is trying to break through. I'm listening to the radio as I paint and the presenter, while talking about the weather has just said, 'we need to get through this together' !!

That made me laugh Louise. Way back in 1947 (I was 8 at the time) we couldn't go to school because we'd have got lost.The snow was above the windowsills of the houses. Of course, the adults spoiled it all with shovels and stuff and that only lasted a day. The last bad snow in this country was back in 1969. It's an insult to snowflakes to call today's wimps that name...(-:

Same here. And yes, not as dramatic as they told us. Lovely, loose sketch.

The term drama queen comes to mind, seems the norm in broadcasting these days. I like this simple snow scene Jim, you don’t need to say anything else, says it all. Keep warm.
