It looks very effective like this Jim.

It’s very striking as it is Jim, if you decide to add colour I would just go for one colour and use it sparingly.

The star will tell you which way to go Jim! I think it’s super as it is as it’s a night scene but you could always rustle up version two with limited colours. Either way it’s a very effective painting.

Yesterday I painted a board black acrylic, then set out to lay out a painting in white. It's impressionist, but when I saw it again today I'm not sure now whether to add some colours and finish it that way, or leave it as is? All acrylic, 12 x 9 inch board.
