This was a slightly sad place as boats are left there to rot slowly away. It is not generally a tourist spot, but I have visited it many times due to my fascination and love of all things that wilt and rot! I confess this painting was copied from a photo on the internet as each time I visit, I cannot get near enough to take decent photos. Also I didn’t fancy wearing waders. They don’t have a good look.
