This is my friends cat...drawn from a photo. I don't know what she is looking at, but I tried to focus on that look. I haven't got the body shape exactly right....the background was very dark, so I had to use my imagination in places. My friend hasn't seen it yet, so I don't know how she'll feel about it. I have been using pastel pencils for 1 week now, and am staring to feel more comfortable with them.
